How to apply?
1. A ll applicants are requested to complete a separate booking form as fully as possiable. Please contact us if you require a booking form.
2. A depost of £500 per person is to accompany the booking form. Please make cheque payable to ’Educational Hajj & Umrah Ltd’ and send it to our head office address along with copies of passports (119 Pershore Rd, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B5 7NX). it is advisable to state passengers names , address and the Group number (date of departure) at the reverse side of the cheque.
3. Orginal passport which must be valid for at least 6 months from date of departure along with 4 passport size photographs as well as ACWY Vax certificate should reach us right after Ramadan. Please contact us if you can not provide any of these documents so that an alternative programme can be arranged.
Original documents that are being sent to us by post; must be sent to using ’Special Delivery’ mail service.
Umrah
